To begin the week, I made the decision to finish the structure through out the whole tunnel using the PVC acrylic. This I was able to complete by the end of Monday.

On Tuesday, I cut some more furniture out on the laser cutter and printed a lot of book/ newspaper covers out.

Currently going on in the world is a pandemic, which has effected everybody in some way. This current week I have found myself battling with the uncertainty of what is going to happen regarding our projects and uni life. Following on from the vast progression of the virus, many staff and students are not coming into university.

I had made a decision as to keep attending university, while it remained open, due to the facilities I need and the space I can work in. However, plans haven't gone as I had hoped... Unfortunately following guidelines set by the government, where someone I am close to has got symptoms of the virus, I am no longer able to leave home for the next two weeks, without risk of carrying the virus to others.

Thankfully I did decide to bring home with me half of my model, the entrance end. This has allowed me to carry on working on my project while I am isolated at home. I already had all of the furniture I have been working on at home, along with all accessories. I aim to use these two weeks to my advantage with no distractions to complete the painting and decorating of my model, as well as get on with my dissertation.
